Search Bannock County Court Records

Restricted Bannock County Records

Juvenile expungement is separate and uses Idaho Code 20-525A.

Bannock County Sheriff Jail Records
The Bannock County Sheriff's Office and Detention Center are at 5800 S. 5th Avenue in Pocatello. The official app page lists non-emergencies, emergency services, administration, civil division, detention service, records bureau, search and rescue, and sheriff email contacts. The sheriff records form identifies Tony T. Manu as Sheriff and Andy Iverson as Chief Deputy, and a June 3, 2026 official release says Iverson was appointed Chief Deputy effective immediately.

Bannock County Warrant Checks
No official public Bannock County active warrant web list was located in the research. Bannock County Marriage Probate Records
Marriage licenses are issued through the Bannock County Clerk and Recorder. Both applicants must appear together, provide identity and age proof, provide a Social Security number or verification that none was assigned, and meet Idaho eligibility rules. The license fee is $28, Idaho residency is not required, and there is no waiting period. Divorce files are court records, not Recorder marriage-license records, so divorce case status and hearings are searched through iCourt and copies are requested from court records.

Bannock County was established in 1893 and named for the Bannock people. The county homepage says Pocatello is the county seat and largest metropolitan area, and the 2020 Census population was 87,018.
