Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public broad access to many public records, while Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 controls court-record access, redaction, sealing, and shielding. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. Bannock County uses a unified District Court and Magistrate Division model, with Jason Dixon's Clerk's Office handling local court records, Recorder functions, marriage licensing, elections, passports, and commissioner records. The Sheriff's Office manages law-enforcement records and the app-based jail roster. Idaho iCourt supplies the statewide public case, hearing, and payment search path.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
