How iCourt Works in Bannock County

Public Access for Bannock County Court Records
General Idaho public-records law starts with Idaho Code 74-102, which gives people the right to inspect and copy public records subject to exemptions. Some Bannock County court records are not treated like standard public files. Idaho Clean Slate shielding blocks public disclosure of eligible criminal records but does not destroy the court record. Juvenile expungement is separate under Idaho Code 20-525A. When a person requests a sealed, exempt, or confidential Bannock County record, the judicial records request form asks for the reason for the request and relationship to the case so the court can review access.
